NON-MEMBER LIMITATIONS

Non-Members are always welcome to ride with MVP Transports LLC, but they do not receive the benefits, protections, or priority access that come with an active membership. Non-member trips are handled on a standard-rate, next-available basis and do not include any of our premium service features.

Non-members DO NOT receive; Higher trip rates, Non-members pay standard public pricing, which is higher than member-only discounted rates.

Next-available scheduling only trips are booked based on the next available driver and time slot, NO priority placement, no reserved time blocks.

No access to the member calendar, Non-members cannot view or reserve preferred time windows through the scheduling calendar.

No driver profile review, Driver bios, certifications, safety records, and preferred-driver selection are available only to members.

No Ride carry-over credits, non-members do not receive monthly ride credits or rollover protections.

NO guarantees driver assignment, Driver selection is automatic and based solely on availability.

NO membership perks or loyalty benefits, Non-members do not receive service upgrades, preferred pick-up windows, or any other member promotions.
